## Ingredients - Onion (2) - Carrot - Celery - Salt & pepper - Mushrooms (1 kg or more) - Chicken (1kg or more) - Thyme - Salt & pepper - Turmeric - Soy sauce - White wine (200 mL) - Small heavy cream (200 mL) - Chicken broth - Flour - Dough - Egg (x1) ## Instructions - In one pot, heat up chicken broth - In one pot, stir fry onion, carrot, and celery, salt, pepper - Add mushrooms - Add garlic - Add thyme and turmeric - In another pot, brown chicken - Add wine to deglaze - Add cream and cook - Add peas - Pour together ingredients into baking dish - Cover with dough & create vents - Egg wash - Crunchy salt - Bake in oven at 180 for 25 minutes
