## Notas
Based on [[Climbing Movement Patterns]], this is a way of keeping track of climbing progress.
Track for 12 weeks to establish baseline patterns
## Weekly Metrics
- Flash rate (aim for 40-60%)
- Project conversion: number of sessions required to send hardest problems (1-3 sessions is appropriate)
- Movement distribution: hours spent on each pattern type (compression, crimps, slopers, dynamic, technical)
- Subjective quality score (1-10 each session)
- Technique
- Energy
- Confidence
## Monthly Metrics
- 15-minute circuit tests
- Movement pattern self-ratings (1-10)
- Max strength metrics
- Max hang time
- Campus rung progression
- Weighted pull-up max
