## Notes - Arkose - Cuatro Caminos - First time meeting Adam ## Warm Up Didn't really warm up, but did a lot of lower-level climbs. I also repeated a lot of blue climbs with increasingly better technique and I think that helped me do my first red in a while. ## Session My first red in a while started off as stemming and transitioned into crimps. I felt really good on the crimps, if I remember. I didn't feel like my tendons were too strained, probably because I warmed up my tendons a lot? It might be something to consider in future climbing session. Actually the crimps on that red climb were really nice: juggy crimps with a wide thickness, like 18 or 20mm edges. ### Paddle Dyno Black There's also a black climb that required a paddle dyno where I made incremental progress. I learned to prep the paddle by putting my hands in the right position before I actually got to the holds. It reminds me of what Petra Klingler said about finding the musical rhythm of the moves, because it's all coordination
