## Notes - Arkose Carabanchel - Only Gabe - Session on Thursday, haven't climbed since the weekend - Will climb back-to-back on [[Climbing Session 2025-10-18]] and [[Climbing Session 2025-10-19]] - Today's focus: keeping things slow, trying different climbs, improving overall body vocabulary ## Warm Up - Gabe and I walked to Carabanchel: ~1 hour - Stretches from the bottom-up - Calves - Quads - Hamstrings - Glutes - Hip adduction (towards the mid-line) - Obliques ## Climbs - Grip strength was not warmed up at all until towards the end. I should have paid more attention to my fingers/forearms
