Doing single-legged squats in between climbs feels good! Revisiting this green made it feel way easier.
- 3 sets of 7 single leg squats, both sides. They got lower each set. Used the wooden bench to give myself some more space. Also worked on moving my free leg backwards like in a [[dragon squat]]
Also doing weighted pull ups.
- 2 sets of 5 with bodyweighr
- 1 set of 5 with +4kg
- 2 sets of 5 with +8kg
- Second set felt better than the first
- 1 set of 4 with + 10kg
El final, flexiona de los flexores de antebrazo es muy útil para calentar los crimps.
- Forearm flexors x100 or something in multiple sets
