- **Toe Circles**: Grab the toe and rotate it in circles
- **Toe Pulls**: Grab the toe and pull it away from the foot; at the same time flex the toe
- **Assisted Toe Adduction**: Sit on the ground with legs straight; loop band around both big and second toes; hold the band and flex toes
- **Toe Spread**: Sit in a chair, whole feet on the ground with heel on the ground; spread all toes; Grab the ground with the little toe and big toe
- **Banded Toe Spread**: Wrap a band around all of the toes in one foot; spread the toes and hold
- **Marble Pickup**: Pick up a small object with your foot
- **Heel raises**: Raise heel off ground; put pressure in bunion toe
- **Resisted Toe Extension**
