- 4 different boulders at varying grades
- First boulder, two grades below flash grade
- Second boulder, one grade below flash grade
- Third boulder, at flash grade
- Fourth boulder, two grades below flash grade
- Routine
- Climb the first boulder 4 times in a row, jumping off at the time, with no rest in between
- Rest until breathing is back to normal
- Repeat with the other three boulders
