## Notes - Arkose Carabanchel ## Warm Up - Dead hangs on spray wall - Scapula raises - Easy climbs ## Session - Did new Blue - Projected some Reds - [[Nevera de Madera]] (red climb) - In the far corner of the right fork of the gym - I tried the climb 4 or 5 times, and I made progress each time - Third attempt - Figured out how to get left hand to the left side of the wooden volume - Shifted bodyweight over the left foot - Fourth attempt - Figured out how to get right hand on the right side of the higher wooden volume - Hop right foot higher against the wall (smear) - I think I can get it next time--I should have stuck to the axiom "try it 7 times" - [[Hulk Rojo]] (red climb) - I tried the climb like 6 times with some success - My best attempt had me bicycle my feet on two holds before moving out - The hand swap on the sloper knob is kind of difficult - Maybe need to try a bat hang
