## Equipment
- 9" x 9" baking dish
- Sauce pan
- Pot
## Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups vegetable broth
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- 0.75 tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 0.25 cup yogurt
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tsp sage, thinly sliced (5 leaves)
## Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Toast garlic until fragrant
3. Add pumpkin and broth to skillet
4. Add spices
5. Take 0.5 of sauce and mix with yogurt to temper and add back to sauce
6. Cook gnocchi
7. Add gnocchi and sauce to pan, top with goat cheese and sage
1. Bake for 15 minutes
