## Ingredients - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 1/4 cup water - 14 oz can condensed milk (la lechera) - 12 oz can evaporated milk (Carnation brand) - 1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream - 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract - 5 large eggs, room temp - 1/4 tsp salt ## Instructions 1. Prep oven 1. Preheat 350 F 2. Bring kettle to boil for hot water 3. 9" x 2" cake pan 2. Make caramel 1. Mix sugar and water in sauce pan 3. Spread caramel 4. Make custard 1. Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla, eggs, salt for 1 minutes on low 2. Pour into pan 5. Prep pan 1. Cover with foil 2. Fill with water 6. Bake for 70-80 minutes 7. Serve tomorrow
