## Ingredients
- 1 kilo pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 scallions, cut into 2 inch pieces
### Marinade
- 6 Tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp gochugaru (2 if you like it spicy)
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp mirin or other cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp honey (or sugar)
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 small some, grated
## Instructions
1. Mix marinade ingredients and let sit for at least 30 minutes
2. Grill or pan fry
3. Serve with lettuce wraps
