## Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 oz butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Pepper (black or white)

- Fresh grated nutmeg
- Heavy cream

1. Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat
2. Add mascarpone cheese and stir until melted
