## Ingredients
- Pumpkin
- Pie dough
- 1 Egg (egg wash)
- 3 Eggs
- 250g brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
- 60 ml (0.25 cup) milk
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 0.5 tsp ginger, ground
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg, ground
- 0.125 tsp cloves, ground
- 0.125 tsp black pepper, ground
## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Whisk pumpkin, 3 eggs, brown sugar until combined
1. Add cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, pepper, heavy cream, milk
3. Bake a pie 0.75-filled, checking at 50, 55, and 60 minutes for doneness
1. Outside should be set and center should be jiggly
4. Cool completely for 3 hours
