## Ingredients
- Potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 eggs
## Instructions
1. Thinly slice everything
2. Cook medium low in all of the oil
3. Strain out oil
4. Cool potato and onion
5. Add to eggs when cooled
6. Cook mixture in pan
7. Flip
8. Serve
